For a long time, I felt stuck - overwhelmed by anxious thoughts and unable to find peace. I believed that finding a sense of contentment and managing my anxiety was an impossible task. But through life coaching, I discovered tools to help me navigate my thoughts and emotions, so I could live a life of calm and serenity. That's why I've created this twelve-week course. Taking the time to get to know yourself and understand why you have anxious thoughts can make a huge difference in how you feel and how your life looks. We'll meet weekly to explore different modules, allowing you to become more empowered and confident in who you are, how you want to feel, and the steps you need to take to get there.
